Pay Dues

Dues are completely voluntary, but most households participate.

Your dues help fund the annual Garage Sale, Summer Picnic, Halloween Party, Christmas Eve Luminaries, website maintenance, and many larger neighborhood projects.

Dues for all non-Kessler & College addresses are $65.00 per household and also include snow removal.

Dues for residents who live on Kessler or College are $50.00 per household and do not include snow removal.
